What we collect

When you use the form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the services and time you choose, and any note you write. Nothing else is collected about you, and the fields marked optional can be left empty.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details to hold your appointment, confirm it, remind you of it and contact you about it. We do this because you ask us to (your consent and the steps needed before an appointment or contract). Without your name and a way to reach you we cannot hold the request.

Who receives them

Only Guzen, as a demonstration of Studio Nour and the companies that run this site for us: our host (Cloudflare). Our e-mail provider (Resend) sends the confirmation messages. Your details are never sold or used for advertising.

Where they are kept, and for how long

Requests are stored with our host, Cloudflare, whose servers may be located outside your country, under its data processing terms. They are deleted 12 months after the appointment date, or 12 months after your request when no date was set.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies. Your theme, your language and any demonstration bookings are kept in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, at any time by writing to hello@studio-nour.example. We answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority: CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
